Company Description:

We sell Colorado/Denver honey, flavored honeys, honey gift sets, beeswax food wraps, beeswax candles, lip balm, soaps, body butter, and other personal care items.

As a husband and wife team we work out of our humble abode nurturing bees, creating educational resources, and giving back to the community in whatever ways we can–time, money, and education. We strive–through our social media, hive hosting (in urban and rural settings), and mentorship programs–to demonstrate how taking care of the bees in turn takes care of all of us.

Homestead in the Hood started as a passion project to get re-inspired with the world and to make some darn good Denver honey, but has transformed into friendships, partnerships, and a desire for people all around us to become students again and learn about the wonderful work of pollinators (not just honeybees).
